Query on I134 – please help

I had sponsored my parents visitor visa but unfortunately got rejected a week back. Now, I am planning to send new I134 as this time I am applying only for my mother.
In I134 – we need to mention if we had sponsored someone earlier (point 9), in this case, do I need to mention both my parent’s name even the visa was rejected? Will this have any impact on visa?
